AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10’) wide easement as
recorded in Plat Book 349, Page 443 of the St. Louis County Records,
said easement being in Lots 1 and 2 of Parc Forrest, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 349, Page 332 of
the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Ballwin, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have
requested this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement as recorded in
Plat Book 349, Page 443 and being in Lots 1 and 2 of Parc Forrest, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 349,
Page 332 of the St. Louis County Records is hereby vacated.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted August 14, 2003.
