AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title, or interest of the
District in a ten-foot (10’) wide easement granted to the City of Valley
Park, Missouri as recorded in Deed Book 10989, Page 1978 of the St.
Louis County Records, said easement being in the dedication strip of
Crescent Avenue (variable width) in Crescent Springs, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 351, Pages 279
and 280 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Valley Park, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any rights, title or interest that the District may have in
the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any rights, title, or interest of the District in the ten-foot
(10’) wide easement granted to the City of Valley Park, Missouri as
recorded in Deed Book 10989, Page 1978 of the St. Louis County
Records, as shown hachured on the “Easement Vacation Plat” marked
Exhibit “A” as attached hereto and made a part hereof, EXCEPTING
THEREFROM the easements established by the Plat of Crescent Springs,
as recorded in Plat Book 351, Page 279 and 280 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Valley Park, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted August 14, 2003.
