AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 11493, adopted
May 22, 2003, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof, vacating a
portion of the seven and one half foot (7.5’) wide easement along the
south line of Lot 44 of Glendower, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 46 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 11493, adopted May 22, 2003,
is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The following described portion of a sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit: The north two and one-half foot (2½’)
of the seven and one-half foot (7½’) wide easement, from the thirty-five
foot (35’) building line on the west to the five foot (5’) wide easement
along the southeast line of said Lot 44 on the east.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted August 14, 2003.
