AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-1060 with Zambrana Engineering,
Inc./MWH Americas, Inc. for General Services Agreement (Connection
Inspection and Construction Management) (2004026).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into Contract E-1060 with Zambrana Engineering,
Inc./MWH Americas, Inc. for General Services Agreement (Connection
Inspection and Construction Management) (2004026); said contract shall
provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars
($130,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted September 11, 2003.
