AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Million Dollars
($2,000,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering
services for the preliminary design of Creve Coeur Creek (L-52) Pump
Station Improvements (2003062) and Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary Trunk
Sewer Relief (2003063); and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-1056 with Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc.
for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is
an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Million Dollars
($2,000,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement
Fund for engineering services for the preliminary design of Creve Coeur
Creek (L-52) Pump Station Improvements (2003062) and Creve Coeur
Creek Sanitary Trunk Sewer Relief (2003063),
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into Contract E-1056 with Camp Dresser &
McKee, Inc. for engineering services for the preliminary design of Creve
Coeur Creek (L-52) Pump Station Improvements (2003062) and Creve
Coeur Creek Sanitary Trunk Sewer Relief (2003063); said contract to be
comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of
the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted September 11, 2003.
