AN ORDINANCE, vacating any rights, title or interest of the
District in a portion of a twenty-foot (20') wide drainage easement,
located in Lot 40 of Westminster Estates, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 36 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
that this District vacate any rights, title or interest that the District may
have in the portion of the subject drainage easement, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any rights, title or interest that it may have in the portion
of the twenty-foot (20') wide drainage easement, located in Lot 40 of
Westminster Estates, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 58, Page 36 of the St. Louis County Records, EXCEPTING
THEREFROM the ten-foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book
5706, Page 94 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted September 11, 2003.
