AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen-foot (15')
wide easement as recorded in Plat Book 106, Pages 12 and 13 of the St.
Louis County Records, said easement being in Lot 6 of the "Resubd. of
Lot 1 of West Port Industrial Subd. 1st Addn.", a subdivision according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 120, Page 16 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Maryland Heights, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the fifteen-foot (15') wide
easement as recorded in Plat Book 106, Pages 12 and 13 of the St. Louis
County Records, as shown hachured on the attached "Easement
Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the irregular shaped easement
recorded in Plat Book 120, Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Maryland Heights, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 2003, by the following
vote: Ayes: M.A. Rhodes, D.J. Hayes, R.J. Baer, C. Brown and J.M.
Swartz. Nays: None
