AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a five-foot (5') wide
easement along the western property line of Lot 303, and vacating a
portion of a five-foot (5') wide easement along the eastern property line of
Lot 304, located in The Estates of Nottinghill, a subdivision according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 349, Pages 729 to 731 of the St.
Louis County Records, said easements being in Adjusted Lot 303 of the
Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lots 303 and 304 of The Estates at
Nottinghill, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 350, Page 769 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of the subject easements and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the five-foot (5') wide easement
along the western property line of Lot 303 and the portion of the five-foot
(5') wide easement along the eastern property line of Lot 304, recorded in
Plat Book 349, Pages 729 to 731 of the St. Louis County Records, as
shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 2003.
