AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10') wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 1871, Page 394 of the St. Louis County
Records, located in part of Lot 2, of Cla-Lay, a subdivision according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 59 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten-foot (10') wide easement
as recorded in Deed Book 1871, Page 394 of the St. Louis County
Records as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat"
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 2003.
