AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of ten-foot (10') wide
easements located in Part of Lot 6 of The Baxter Tract as recorded in
Deed Book 6806, Page 31 and Deed Book 6919, Page 688 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the ten-foot (10') wide
easements in said tract of land being part of Lot 6 of The Baxter Tract as
recorded in Deed Book 6806, Page 31 and Deed Book 6919, Page 688 of
the St. Louis County Records, St. Louis County, Missouri and shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plats", and marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 2003.
