HomeMy Public PortalAbout11611O R D I N A N C E NO. 11611 AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Grubb & Ellis/Krombach Partners whereby Grubb & Ellis/Krombach Partners will represent the District in the sale of certain District real property in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, known and numbered as 2000 Hampton Avenue. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE MEROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Grubb & Ellis/Krombach Partners whereby Grubb & Ellis/Krombach Partners will represent the District in the sale of certain District real property in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, known and numbered 2000 Hampton Avenue. Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 2003.
