AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a five-foot (5') wide
easement located in Lot 341, of Shadowoak Plat 4, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 200, Page 32 of the
St. Louis County Records, in the City of Ballwin, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of an easement
is hereby vacated, to wit: The northwestern four-foot (4') wide portion of
the five-foot (5') wide easement along the southeast property line of said
lot 341.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 2003.
