AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10') wide easement and
as shown on curve by enlarged detail on Exhibit "A" sheet 1 of 2, as
recorded in Deed Book 12244, Page 1187 of the St. Louis County
Records, said easement being in a Tract of Land in Section 13, Township
45 North, Range 5 East in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10') wide easement and as shown
on curve by enlarged detail on Exhibit "A" sheet 1 of 2, as recorded in
Deed Book 12244, Page 1187 of the St. Louis County Records, is hereby
vacated, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easement recorded in Deed Book
12457, Page 1246 and the easement recorded in Deed Book 10641, Page
1059 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Ladue, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 2003.
