AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10') wide easement as
recorded in Deed Book 11137, Page 1749 of the St. Louis County
Records, said easement being in the Common Ground of Bentley Manor,
a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 116,
Page 89 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10') wide easement as recorded in
Deed Book 11137, Page 1749 of the St. Louis County Records, is hereby
vacated, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easement recorded in Deed Book
11422, Page 1222 and the easement recorded in Plat Book 116, Page 89
of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 2003.
