AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of each of two ten-foot
(10') wide easements as recorded in Deed Book 7808, Pages 1941 and
1942 of the St. Louis County Records, said easements being in a tract of
land being a part of U.S. Survey 159 and 160 of St. Ferdinand Common
Fields, Township 47 North, Range 6 East, now known as "The Estates at
Rivermeadows", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 351, Pages 443 and 444 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Hazelwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of the subject easements and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of each of the two ten-foot (10')
wide easements as recorded in Deed Book 7808, Pages 1941 and 1942 of
the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, are hereby vacated, EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the easements
established by the plat of "The Estates at Rivermeadows", as recorded in
Plat Book 351, Pages 443 and 444 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Hazelwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 2003.
