AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with William Thomas Consulting whereby
William Thomas Consulting will provide systems support for the
District's Customer Service, Billing and Collection divisions through the
conversion to the ORCOM E-CIS system in 2004.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract with William Thomas Consulting
whereby William Thomas Consulting will provide systems support for the
District's Customer Service, Billing and Collections divisions through the
conversion to the ORCOM E-CIS system in 2004.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a total fee not to exceed Seventy-five
Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00), and shall be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 2003 by the
following vote –
Ayes – M.A. Rhodes, C. Brown, D. Joyce-Hayes, J.M. Swartz, and R.J.
Baer.
Nays – None.
