AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract renewal with ETC Institute, whereby ETC
Institute will continue to perform a customer satisfaction survey for the
District.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11342, adopted October 3, 2002,
authorized the District’s contract with ETC Institute, and
WHEREAS, said contract provides for renewal at the option
of the District, and the District wishes to renew said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract renewal with ETC Institute,
whereby ETC Institute will continue to perform a customer satisfaction
survey for the District.
Section Two. The contract renewal authorized in Section
One of this ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Ten Thousand
Dollars ($10,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 2003 by the
following vote –
Ayes – M.A. Rhodes, C. Brown, D. Joyce-Hayes, J.M. Swartz, and R.J.
Baer.
Nays – None.
