AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen-foot (15')
wide easement as recorded in Deed Book 4866, Page 129 of the St. Louis
County Records, said easement being in part of Lot 20 and part of Lot 21
of Oak-Wood Estates, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 135, Page 100 of the St. Louis County Records, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the fifteen-foot (15') wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 4866, Page 129 of the St. Louis
County Records, being in part of Lot 20 and part of Lot 21 of Oak-Wood
Estates as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat",
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 2003.
