AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the five-foot (5') wide
easement in and along the east line of Lot 309 of "The Estates of
Nottinghill" a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 349, Pages 729-731 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the five-foot (5') wide easement
in and along the east line of lot 309 from the twenty-foot (20') wide
easement adjacent to and along Nottinghill Parkway (50'w) Drive to the
south line of said lot 309, is hereby vacated, EXECPTING THEREFROM
the easement as recorded in Deed Book 15394, Page 2397 of the St.
Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 2003.
