AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10') wide
and twelve-foot (12') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 7105, Page
2106 of the St. Louis County Records, said easement being in Parcel A of
a Boundary Adjustment Plat of a Tract of Land situated in U.S. Survey
3112 Township 44 North, Range 6 East as recorded in Plat Book 350,
Page 566 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easements and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten-foot (10') wide and
twelve-foot (12') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 7105, Page 2106
of the St. Louis County Records as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 2003.
