AN ORDINANCE, vacating any rights, title, or interest of the
District in a portion of the seven and one-half foot (7.5') wide easement
along the north line of a portion of Lot 2, Block 1, of "Tesson Ferry Court
Amended Plat" a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 34, Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Any rights, title or interest of the District in the
following described portion of the easement are hereby vacated, to wit:
The south one and one-half foot (1.5') of the seven and one-half foot (7.5')
wide easement, from the thirty-foot (30') building line shown in Plat Book
34, Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records, on the east, and extending
westward for a distance of fifty feet (50').
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 2003.
