AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10') wide easement as
recorded in Deed Book 12589, Page 2233 of the St. Louis County
Records, said easement being in A Tract of Land being in the West half of
the Southeast quarter of Section 23, Township 44 North, Range 5 East,
now known as Tapawingo Plat Two, as recorded in Plat Book 350, Pages
510 and 511 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Sunset Hills,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10') wide easement as recorded in
Deed Book 12589, Page 2233 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated, EXCEPTING THEREFROM
the ten-foot (10') wide easement as recorded in Deed Book 13187, Page
198 of the St. Louis County Records, and the easements established by
the plat of Tapawingo Plat Two, as recorded in Plat Book 350, Pages 510
and 511 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Sunset Hills, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 2003.
