AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10') wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 10771, Page 1823 of the St. Louis
County Records, said easement being in Lot 40 and Lot 41 of "Tapawingo
Plat Three" a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 350, Pages 806 through 808 of the St. Louis County Records, in the
City of Sunset Hills, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten-foot (10') wide easement
as recorded in Deed Book 10771, Page 1823 of the St. Louis County
Records, as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat",
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easements established by the plat of
"Tapawingo Plat Three" as recorded in Plat Book 350, Pages 806 through
808 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Sunset Hills, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 2003.
