AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10') wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 5134, Page 461 of the St. Louis
County Records, said easement being in A Tract of Land in U.S. Survey
2992, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten-foot (10') wide easement
as recorded in Deed Book 5134, Page 461 of the St. Louis County
Records as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat",
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 2004.
