AN ORDINANCE, vacating ten-foot (10') wide easements as
located in Lot 1 of City Place Retail Subdivision, a subdivision according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 384 of the St. Louis
County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10') wide easements in said Lot 1
of City Place Retail Subdivision as recorded in Deed Book 8294, Pages 47
and 49, Deed Book 4482, Page 504 and Deed Book 10903, Page 781 as
shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 2004.
