AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the Real Property Purchase
Improvement and Alteration Fund for additional architectural services to
provide a Master Plan for Space Utilization at Market #2350 (2002058);
and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Amendment No. 3 of Contract E-1019 with Christner, Inc., for the
aforesaid additional architectural services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11175, adopted February 20,
2002, appropriated the initial funding for and authorized said Contract
E-1019, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is
an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real Property Purchase
Improvement and Alteration Fund for additional architectural services to
provide a Master Plan for Space Utilization at Market #2350 (2002058).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 3 of Contract E-1019 with
Christner, Inc. for additional architectural services to provide a Master
Plan for Space Utilization at Market #2350 (2002058): said contract
amendment to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 2004.
