AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Charter Advertising whereby
Charter Advertising will produce and air storm water educational
infomercials as required by the St. Louis County Phase II Storm Water
Management Plan and associated NPDES permit.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract with Charter Advertising whereby
Charter Advertising will produce and air storm water educational
infomercials as required by the St. Louis County Phase II Storm Water
Management Plan and associated NPDES permit.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars
($80,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions
as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 2004.
