AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with the City of St. Louis, Missouri
whereby the City of St. Louis Water Division will furnish customer
information and wastewater usage data necessary to generate the
District's wastewater user bills within the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract with the City of St. Louis, Missouri
whereby the City of St. Louis Water Division will furnish customer
information and wastewater usage data necessary to generate the
District's wastewater user bills within the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for an initial term of three (3) years, with seven
(7) additional one-year renewal terms to be exercised at the District's
option, and shall be further comprised of such additional terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 2004.
