Home My Public Portal About11697O R D I N A N C E NO. 11697 AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in a portion of a three-foot (3') wide sewer easement recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 34, a portion of a six-foot (6') wide sewer easement recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 34, a portion of an eight-foot (8') wide sewer easement recorded in Deed Book 3171, Page 56, a portion of a five- foot (5') wide sewer easement recorded in Deed Book 3171, Page 56, the ten-foot (10') wide storm sewer easement recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 159, and the variable width storm sewer easement recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 159 of the St. Louis County Records, said easements being in Consolidated Lot 1, Claymont Place a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 159 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested that this District vacate any right, title or interest that the District may have in the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any right, title or interest of the District in the portion of the three-foot (3') wide sewer easement recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 34, the portion of the six-foot (6') wide sewer easement recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 34, the portion of the eight-foot (8') wide sewer easement recorded in Deed Book 3171, Page 56, the portion of the five-foot (5') wide sewer easement recorded in Deed Book 3171, Page 56, the ten-foot (10') wide storm sewer easement recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 159, and the variable width storm sewer easement recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 159 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" sheet 1 of 2 and sheet 2 of 2 as attached hereto and made a part hereof, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the ten-foot (10') wide and twenty-foot wide easements recorded in Deed Book 13953, Page 2329 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 2004.
