AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title, or interest of the
District in a ten-foot (10') wide easement granted to St. Louis County,
Missouri as recorded in Deed Book 7079, Page 969 (Par. E.2.) of the St.
Louis County Records, said easement being in Lot 3 of a subdivision of
Moss Hunton's Land in U.S. Survey No. 121, Township 45, North, Range
4 East, recorded in Surveyors Record Book 2, Page 21 of the St. Louis
County Records, now known as "Villas At Ladue Bluffs, Plat Two" a
subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 350, Pages 599 and 600 of the St.
Louis County Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that the District may have in the
subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title, or interest of the District in the ten-foot
(10') wide easement granted to St. Louis County, Missouri as recorded in
Deed Book 7079, Page 969 (Par. E.2.) of the St. Louis County Records, as
shown hachured on the "Easement Vacation Plat" marked Exhibit "A" as
attached hereto and made a part hereof, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the
easements established by the plat of the "Villas at Ladue Bluffs Plat
Two", as recorded in Plat Book 350, Pages 599 and 600 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 2004.
