AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the
District in a portion of a ten-foot (10') wide easement, located in Lots 4,
5, 6, and 7 of "East Parklane", a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 43 of the St. Louis County Records, in the
City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
that this District vacate any right, title or interest that the District may
have in the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the portion
of the ten-foot (10') wide easement located in Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7 of "East
Parklane" as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat"
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 2004.
