AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a ten-foot (10') wide
easement and a twenty-five foot (25') wide easement in Lot 1 of Telegraph
Centre, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
349, Page 204 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the ten-foot (10') wide
easement and a twenty-five foot (25') wide easement in said Lot 1 of
Telegraph Centre, as recorded in Plat Book 349, Page 204 of the St. Louis
County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri and as shown hachured
on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 2004.
