AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with J. W. Bommarito Construction
Company, Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in Hardith Hill Ct.
#15 Storm Sewer (2004049), in the City of Rock Hill, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEE SOF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract with J. W. Bommarito
Construction Company, Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in
Hardith Hill Ct. #15 Storm Sewer (2004049), in the City of Rock Hill,
Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 24th day of
February, 2004.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Twenty-nine Thousand
Dollars ($29,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 22, 2004.
