AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10') wide
easement located in Lot 3 of "Barrett Woods Corporate Center", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 210
Pages 94 and 95 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten-foot (10') wide easement,
as shown hachured of the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 22, 2004.
