AN ORDINANCE, vacating two (2) portions of a ten-foot (10')
wide easement recorded in Deed Book 6440, Page 34; a portion of a ten-
foot (10') wide easement recorded in Plat Book 210, Page 94; and a
portion of a twenty-four foot (24') wide easement recorded in Plat Book
210, Page 94; all portions of the easements are located within the Barrett
Parkway Drive, fifty-feet (50') wide, recorded in Deed Book 15296, Page
2665, said Barrett Parkway Drive being in Lot 3 of "Barrett Woods
Corporate Center", a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 210, Pages 94 and 95 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the ten-foot (10') wide
easements and the portion of the twenty-four foot (24') wide easement as
shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 22, 2004.
