AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title, or interest of the
District in a portion of a six-foot (6') wide Roadway maintenance, and
improvement and utility and sewer easement located in Lot 3, of "Barrett
Woods Corporate Center," a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 210, Page 94 and 95 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
that this District vacate any right, title, or interest that the District may
have in the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the portion
of the six-foot (6') wide Roadway maintenance, and improvement and
utility and sewer easement as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat" and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the ten-foot (10') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 6440, Page 34; the fifteen-foot (15') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 13396, Page 1033; and the fifteen-foot (15') wide
easement recorded in Plat Book 210, Page 94 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 22, 2004.
