AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Eighty
Thousand Dollars ($180,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Clayton Central to be used to
reimburse the Bi-State Development Agency for project costs for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Meramec and Forest Park Parkway
(East Clayton Central Sewer Phase X) 2001070, in the City of Clayton,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Bi-State Development Agency has
undertaken the construction of said sanitary sewers as part of the Metro-
Link expansion, and the District has agreed to reimburse the Bi-State
Development Agency for the sanitary sewer construction portion of said
Metro-Link expansion, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is
an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand
Dollars ($180,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Clayton Central to
be used to reimburse the Bi-State Development Agency for project costs
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Meramec and Forest Park
Parkway (East Clayton Central Sewer Phase X) 2001070, in the City of
Clayton, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 2004.
