AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Twenty-seven
Thousand Dollars ($1,027,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund
for sewer inspection services for CCTV Inspection and Physical
Inspection of Sewers (2003086A); and authorizing the Executive Director
and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Severn Trent Pipeline Services, Inc.
for the aforesaid inspection services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is
an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Twenty-seven
Thousand Dollars ($1,027,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Sanitary Replacement Fund for sewer inspection services for CCTV
Inspection and Physical Inspection of Sewers (2003086A).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract with Severn Trent Pipeline
Services, Inc. for sewer inspection services for CCTV Inspection and
Physical Inspection of Sewers (2003086A); said contract to be comprised
of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General
Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 2004.
