AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an agreement with the Rock Alva Road Improvement
Association whereby the District will resurface and maintain a road for
access to the District's Tappawingo Pump Station.
WHEREAS, funds for the resurfacing and maintenance of
said road have been placed in escrow with the District by the developer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into an agreement with the Rock Alva Road
Improvement Association whereby the District will resurface and
maintain a road for access to the District's Tappawingo Pump Station.
Section Two. The agreement authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 2004.
