AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Lathrop & Gage, L.C., whereby
Lathrop & Gage, L.C. will provide legal consulting services to assist the
District with tariff issues before the Public Service Commission and with
a Water Usage Data Contract.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract with Lathrop & Gage, L.C.,
whereby Lathrop & Gage, L.C. will provide legal consulting services to
assist the District with tariff issues before the Public Service Commission
and with a Water Usage Data Contract.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Nine Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($9,500.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms
and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 2004.
