AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to execute an Easement Deed granting an easement to St. Louis
County, Missouri for construction and maintenance of additional
roadway, utility, sewer and sidewalk improvements in certain District
real property in St. Louis County, Missouri along and East of H Avenue
and in part of Block 56 of the Carondelet Commons South of the River
Des Peres and as described in the deed recorded in Deed Book 6762,
Page 1212 of the St. Louis County Records.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to execute an Easement Deed granting an easement to St.
Louis County, Missouri for construction and maintenance of additional
roadway, utility, sewer and sidewalk improvements in certain District
real property identified by locator number 28H43-0304, and in part of
Block 56 of the Carondelet Commons South of the River Des Peres and
as described in the deed recorded in Deed Book 6762, Page 1212 of the
St. Louis County Records.
Section Two. The Easement Deed as authorized by Section
One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 2004.
