AN ORDINANCE, vacating any rights, title or interest of the
District in all easements in a tract of land being part of Lot 3 of "The
Elisha Patterson Estate Partition", Adjusted Lot 2 of "Boundary
Adjustment Plat of Part of Lot 3 of “The Elisha Patterson Estate Partition"
and a tract of land in U.S. Survey 105, Township 47 North, Range 6
East, St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown on an Easement Plat
recorded in Plat Book 351, Page 919 of the St. Louis County Records, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Any rights, title or interest of the District in the
easements conveyed on an Easement Plat recorded in Plat Book 351,
Page 919 of the St. Louis County Records are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 2004.
