AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10') wide
easement located in Lot 10 of Highland Court Subdivision, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 95, Page 92 of the St.
Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten-foot (10') wide easement
in said Lot 10 of Highland Court Subdivision as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked "Exhibit A" and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 2004.
