AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of various ten-foot (10')
wide easements located in Lot A and adjusted Lots 5 and 6 of Crystal
View Boundary Adjustment plat according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 351, Page 75 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of three ten-foot (10') wide
easements in Lot A of Crystal View Boundary Adjustment Plat as
recorded in Plat Book 48 Page 21 and Deed Book 6760, Page 1209 and
2187, as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion in said Lot A recorded in Deed
Book 15609, Page 1732.
Section Two. That portion of two ten-foot (10') wide
easements in adjusted Lot 5 of Crystal View Boundary Adjustment Plat
as recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 21 and Deed Book 6760, Page 1209, as
shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" and marked
Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated EXCEPTING
THEREFROM that portion in said Lot 5 recorded in Deed Book 15609,
Page 1728.
Section Three. That portion of a ten-foot (10') wide easement
in adjusted Lot 6 of Crystal View Boundary Adjustment Plat as recorded
in Plat Book 48, Page 21, as shown hachured on the attached "Easement
Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion in said Lot 5
recorded in Deed Book 15609, Page 1736.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 2004.
