AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to MOPERM for the District’s
Combined Liability Program coverage from July 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. MOPERM, who submitted a quote for the Combined
Liability Program, with an annual aggregate and per occurrence limit of Two
Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) and a One Hundred Thousand Dollar
($100,000.00) deductible per claim, is hereby awarded the contract for such
insurance coverage from July 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 2004.
