AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Clarendon America
Insurance Company/American Reinsurance (Arthur J. Gallagher, LLC, agent) for
the District’s Excess Liability Insurance coverage from July 1, 2004 to June 30,
2005.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Clarendon America Insurance Company/American
Reinsurance (Arthur J. Gallagher, LLC, agent) is hereby awarded a contract for the
District’s Excess Liability Insurance coverage from July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 2004.
