AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Midwest Employers Casualty
Company (Arthur J. Gallagher, LLC, agent) for the District’s Excess Workers’
Compensation Insurance coverage from July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Midwest Employers Casualty Company (Arthur J.
Gallagher, LLC, agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess
Workers’ Compensation Insurance coverage from July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 2004.
