AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Chairman of the Board of
Trustees on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Thompson Coburn, LLP, whereby Thompson
Coburn, LLP will provide legal consulting services for the Board of
Trustees in the area of Employment Law.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Chairman of the Board of Trustees is
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to enter into a contract with Thompson Coburn, LLP, whereby Thompson
Coburn, LLP will provide legal consulting services for the Board of
Trustees in the area of Employment Law.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Eleven Thousand Dollars
($11,000.00), and shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Board of Trustees of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 8, 2004.
