AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a ten-foot (10') wide
sewer easement and a seventeen-foot (17') wide utility easement in Parcel
A of Marriott Courtyard Plaza Plat 1 according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 245, Page12 of the St. Louis County Records, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the ten-foot (10') wide sewer
easement and the seventeen-foot (17') wide utility easement in Plat A of
Marriott Courtyard Plaza Plat 1 recorded in Plat Book 245, Page 12 as
shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked
Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 8, 2004.
