AN ORDINANCE, vacating all right, title or interest of the
District in a fifteen-foot (15) wide alley right-of-way located in Block 4 of
Easton's Subdivision in City Block 1031 of the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate all right, title, or interest to the subject alley right-
of-way, and this District has no further use of said alley right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates all right, title or interest in the fifteen-foot (15) wide alley
right-of-way in City Block 1031 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 8, 2004.
